FY2011 Appropriations
For Fiscal Year 2011, House Republicans adopted a unilateral moratorium on all appropriations requests, and Congressman Culberson will not make any requests this year. This moratorium will allow us to reduce the size and scope of the federal government by seeking to reform the appropriations process. Rep. Culberson is a cosponsor of H.Con.Res. 201, which would establish a bipartisan panel to implement permanent earmark reforms.
